I love reading biographies, especially those written by top-tier journalists. Great writing, rich details, and relatively objective perspectives. But I’m not a fan of autobiographies—those publicly released ones feel more like carefully edited personal narratives, almost like promotional content. An autobiography should either be kept private for family or published near the end of life—that way, it’s true to the heart. The biographies of Steve Jobs and Elon Musk are both top-notch works. Just got my hands on the ones about Hassabis and Jensen Huang, ready to dive in. These people are truly lights of humanity—to some extent, the world would be much dimmer without them.
