Currently, security in Islamabad has been heightened, and the media center has been activated. However, as of now, there is no clear information regarding the timing or format of the negotiations. It is reported that the U.S. and Iran may not conduct face-to-face negotiations in the first phase; instead, the U.S. and Iranian sides may separately meet with Pakistan first, and then decide whether direct negotiations between the U.S. and Iran can take place.
