[Analyst: U.S.-Iran Talks Imminent, Oil Traders Avoid Risks] Odaily Planet Daily News – Crude oil futures prices showed little movement as traders head into the weekend, with the U.S. and Iran planning to hold talks that could determine whether the Middle East ceasefire can be sustained. Scott Shelton of TP ICAP said: 'Traders have essentially exited the market. Yesterday's $7 price swing seems to have occurred with minimal participation from human traders, who were merely conducting necessary hedging or position clearing to further reduce risk exposure.' He also stated: 'Perhaps after this weekend, we will have a clearer understanding of whether the differences between Iran and the U.S. are too significant to reach an agreement.' (Jin10)
