WuBlock has learned that Covenant AI founder Sam Dare released a statement announcing the company’s exit from the Bittensor network, citing its governance structure as inconsistent with the promise of 'decentralization.' The statement revealed that Jacob Steeves (Const) had taken actions such as suspending subnet emissions, removing community management rights, unilaterally deprecating subnets, and exerting pressure through token sales—all without transparent consensus-based decision-making. It also pointed out that Bittensor operates under a 'three-headed structure' managed by a three-person multisig, but actual control is concentrated in Jacob Steeves, who can unilaterally deploy changes. Covenant AI stated that it is therefore unable to continue operating on the network and will instead focus on advancing decentralized, permissionless AI training. https://(wublock123.com)/news/covenant-ai-exits-bittensor-questions-decentralized-governance-59342
