CoreWeave and Meta Reach $21 Billion AI Infrastructure Expansion Agreement

Foresight News reports that CoreWeave (NASDAQ: CRWV) has announced a new agreement with Meta Platforms (NASDAQ: META) to provide AI cloud capacity through December 2032. The deal is valued at approximately $21 billion. The new collaboration builds on an existing partnership. CoreWeave had previously signed a $14 billion agreement with Meta in September 2025 to provide computing power through 2031, with an option to extend the term to 2032. The additional capacity will be deployed across multiple locations and will include the first deployments of the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform.
