It is currently unclear whether the reports of Iran's ongoing attacks are a response to Israel's attack on Hezbollah in Lebanon, or if they are aimed at continuing to demonstrate its threat to the region. Since the ceasefire, there have been several other attacks in the region, including an attack on a crucial Saudi east-west oil pipeline that transports crude oil from the Gulf to the Red Sea for export.
