U.S. stocks closed on Tuesday with the Dow Jones Industrial Average preliminarily down 0.18%, the S&P 500 Index up 0.08%, and the Nasdaq up 0.1%. Broadcom (AVGO.O) rose over 6%, Intel (INTC.O) gained 4%. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index closed down nearly 1%.
