Someone built a local knowledge graph for Claude Code, reducing token usage for daily coding tasks by 49x. It's called code-review-graph and uses Tree-sitter to create a persistent structural map of the codebase, allowing Claude to read only the truly important files instead of scanning everything and consuming tokens.
→ Token usage reduced by an average of 8.2x across 6 real repositories
→ Scope analysis tracks the impact of each change on callers, dependencies, and test cases
→ Incremental updates re-parse changed files within 2 seconds
→ Works out of the box with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Zed, and more
