SOL Strategies announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Darklake Labs for $1.2 million, including $200,000 in cash and $1 million in stock consideration. Darklake is a native zero-knowledge technology company in the Solana ecosystem, with its core product Zyga enabling on-chain private transaction execution. After the acquisition, its core R&D team will join SOL Strategies.
