Strategy skipped a week of Bitcoin buying for the first time this year.
It's NOT hesitation over macro uncertainty, but reloading.
As we know, in March, Strategy sold STRC and MSTR shares aggressively to fund the acquisition of $6.3B worth of BTC in a single month.
But at the same time, that pace burned through ATM capacity fast, and new share offerings needed to be in place before buying could resume.
Sure enough, SEC filings show Strategy resumed heavy STRC and MSTR share sales from late March into early April, followed by the NEW purchase of 4,871 BTC for $330M.
For Strategy, short-term price volatility isn't the risk. Losing the ability to raise capital is.
As long as the shares keep selling and the money keeps flowing in, lower prices are simply a window to bring down the cost basis.💧(BloFin Research)
