[Solana Foundation Launches STRIDE and SIRN Dual Security Initiative to Fully Upgrade Ecosystem Security Framework] Deep Tide TechFlow reports, on April 7th, according to an official announcement from the Solana Foundation, the foundation has initiated a new round of ecosystem security initiatives led by Asymmetric Research. The core of this initiative includes two mechanisms: STRIDE (Solana DeFi Trust and Resilience Infrastructure) and SIRN (Solana Incident Response Network). STRIDE will conduct independent security assessments of protocols within the ecosystem and publish the results. It will provide 24/7 proactive threat monitoring for protocols with a TVL exceeding $10 million and offer additional funding for formal verification for protocols with a TVL exceeding $100 million. SIRN, on the other hand, serves as a dedicated security response network, with participation from organizations such as Asymmetric Research, OtterSec, Neodyme, Squads, and ZeroShadow. It is responsible for real-time crisis response and threat intelligence sharing. Additionally, the Solana Foundation is offering several security tools, including Hypernative, Range Security, Riverguard, and Sec3 X-Ray, free of charge to all ecosystem projects. The Solana Foundation emphasizes that these resources are intended to assist, not replace, the security responsibilities of protocol teams themselves.
