According to XWIN Research Japan, the U.S. money supply has surpassed $22.6 trillion, hitting a historic high. XWIN notes that since the 2008 financial crisis, the U.S. money supply has nearly tripled, while the purchasing power of the dollar has dropped by approximately 38% during the same period. This indicates that structural inflation and currency depreciation pressures are still accumulating.
Against this backdrop, Bitcoin's long-term price is expected to benefit from both liquidity expansion and network growth, positioning it as an asset with both anti-currency depreciation properties and network effects. However, XWIN also cautions that recent liquidity growth is primarily driven by government debt rather than organic credit expansion, leaving uncertainty about its sustainability moving forward.
