Even the always-mischievous f3b seems to be making some moves. Prices have shifted a bit over the past couple of days, and contract trading volume is larger than the others, but OI is still very low. Principles for finding these kinds of projects: alpha + contracts, high control, previously known for stirring things up, and then just keep an eye on unusual movements.
