Looking back at the top cryptocurrency rankings from 11 years ago and comparing them to now, aside from Bitcoin's ranking staying the same, everything else has changed. Most of those coins have even gone to zero and disappeared. So from a long-term holding perspective, only $BTC is worth holding for 10 or 20 years.
