Chainlink Quarterly Unlock Completed, Approximately 19 Million LINK Enter the Market

BlockBeats reports that on April 4, according to monitoring by EmberCN, the quarterly Chainlink token unlock was completed about an hour ago. A total of approximately 19 million LINK (equivalent to $165 million) were unlocked and transferred out from three non-circulating supply addresses. On-chain data shows that approximately 14.375 million LINK (equivalent to $125 million) were transferred to Binance, while another 4.625 million LINK (equivalent to $40.1 million) were transferred to the multi-signature address 0xD50...8Af. It is reported that Chainlink typically unlocks around 10 million to 20 million LINK from non-circulating supply every quarter, with the majority flowing into Binance and a smaller portion transferred to the aforementioned multi-signature address. These funds are further used for LINK staking reward distribution contracts to support staking user yield allocation.
