how the @DriftProtocol evenly socialized losses during 10/10 without adl queue prioritization hacks was part of the inspiration to work on percolator and try to formally prove fairness. it’s really sad to see this happen to a team that’s been iterating hard on the core protocol. the bitfinex hack is the best historical analog that i can think of. Maybe there is some Hail Mary here where a small core eng team takes the existing protocol and airdrop to everyone that has been impacted and runs with it from the ground up. my 2 cents.(toly 🇺🇸)
