There’s so much crap in the industry, and the more bearish the market, the more there is. Honestly, as someone who’s been through a decade of ups and downs, I’m usually not easily disgusted. But some things lately are just crossing the line and constantly challenging my understanding. Oh well, thinking of it as a form of worldly practice makes it easier to accept: bull markets are for making money, bear markets are for filtering people out. From this perspective, a bear market isn’t just about price pullbacks—it’s also about separating the real from the fake in the industry and among the people and things around you.
