Recently heard that the crypto world is seeing small-scale layoffs of around 20% across both big and small companies. Not sure if it's because AI is being introduced in middle and back offices to cut costs and improve efficiency, or if the outlook for the market's future trends is relatively pessimistic. Even though everyone is shifting toward payments, U.S. stocks, and prediction markets, the trading volume and profits they bring definitely can't compare to the previous altcoin boom.
