The plaintiff entrusted their funds to another party for virtual currency investment. While they initially received dividends, they later sued after failing to recover their principal when urgently needed. Through mediation by the judge, one of the defendants ultimately returned the investment principal, and a settlement was reached. The court also reminded that, according to relevant judicial opinions, if a virtual currency entrusted investment contract was signed after the '94 Announcement' on September 4, 2017, the contract may be deemed invalid by the People's Court due to the illegality of the agency matter.
