European crypto asset management company CoinShares has completed its merger with SPAC company Vine Hill Capital and will begin trading on Nasdaq this Wednesday under the ticker symbol CSHR. The deal values the company at approximately $1.2 billion and includes a $50 million injection from institutional investors.
