I said it a long time ago: The best thing about Bitcoin is that I can just chill the hell out and stay zen. No need to innovate. You guys go ahead and build stuff, I’ll just watch. This is actually a pretty advanced strategy called the Optionality Strategy (option-based life / option-based investing). Take the Lightning Network, various Layer 2 solutions, or inscriptions, for example. I’m not competing with you on technical routes. I’m on the consensus asset route—we’re not even in the same dimension. So go ahead and build. If it works out, I’ll jump in. If it doesn’t, we’ll just wait for the next batch! What’s considered advanced? Advanced is when I’m badass enough to not compete on paths, only on outcomes. It’s the same as life: a super low-energy survival strategy + long-term bets on system convergence. That’s the way to go. Being conservative has its perks. Slow is fast. Less is more.
