According to Caixin, Ant Group has completed the acquisition of Hong Kong stablecoin concept stock Bright Smart Securities, securing 50.55% equity for HK$2.814 billion. Bright Smart Securities' board of directors has undergone a full restructuring, with Zheng Yanlan, current head of Ant Wealth's overseas business preparation team under Ant Group, Huang Hao, current senior vice president of Ant Group, and Liu Zheng, current CFO of Ant Group, appointed as executive directors.
