Following the impact of recent hurricanes, the Government has successfully secured approximately US$50 million to support climate-resilient agriculture. This means helping farmers recover, improve their practices, and better withstand future disasters.
Minister Samuda noted that Jamaica is actively working with international partners to access even more funding, with over US$300 million in additional projects being pursued.(Andrew Holness)
