TDC co-founder and chairman Haakon Bryhni stated that the transformation of Tydal's facilities is a cornerstone of Bitdeer's global strategy, aimed at meeting the growing demand for AI data centers. Previously, Bitdeer had liquidated its corporate Bitcoin reserves and planned to raise $300 million through a private placement of convertible senior notes. As of early trading on Monday, Bitdeer's stock price had fallen by more than 2%.
