Aave has officially launched the v4 upgrade on Ethereum, a version that took about two years to develop. It aims to expand DeFi lending scenarios from crypto-native assets to real-world assets (RWA) and institutional credit markets. The new architecture supports independent operation of different types of lending markets while sharing the same liquidity pool, enhancing capital efficiency and enabling more complex lending conditions.
