[Institutional Tokenization Platform T-RIZE Builds Up to $500 Million Private Credit Digital Bond Program for Horizon Group on Canton Network] Deep Tide TechFlow News, March 30, according to GlobeNewswire, institutional tokenization platform T-RIZE Group announced the construction of a private credit digital bond program of up to $500 million for Horizon Group. The issuer is the UK bankruptcy-remote special purpose vehicle Kairos Litigation Limited. The initial tranche of $50 million will be issued on Canton Network to qualified investors in the U.S. and Europe, with subsequent expansions available in batches. The underlying assets consist of a portfolio of UK litigation financing receivables, which T-RIZE has structured into a fixed-income digital bond format. The credit framework includes multiple layers of protection: the issuer possesses bankruptcy-remote attributes, assets and cash flows are risk-isolated, and the capital protection layer is supported by performance guarantee margins provided by an A-rated international reinsurance company. T-RIZE founder and CEO Madani Boukalba stated that the program demonstrates the structured, controlled, and technologically integrated capabilities required for institutional private credit to operate effectively in digital markets.
