Shutdown Stalemate: It's partial DHS shutdown Day 43, tying the longest government shutdown in U.S. history which ended in mid-November. House last night passed legislation fully funding DHS to May 22, which Schumer said is "dead on arrival" in the Senate, instead of the longer-term Senate-approved bill without ICE & border patrol funded. Both the House & Senate have left for a two-week break over the Easter & Passover holidays with no votes scheduled until April 13 & April 14 respectively.(Craig Caplan)
