213-203: On partial DHS shutdown Day 42, House approves funding Homeland Security Department including ICE until May 22 instead of the unaimously Senate-passed bill. 3 Democrats joined all Republicans and Kiley (I-CA) in voting Yes. Bill now heads back to the Senate, not scheduled to return for votes until after their 2-week break over the Easter/Passover holidays on April 13. Shutdown will continue and will become the longest in U.S. history on Sunday, passing the current record of 43 days.(Craig Caplan)
