According to Wu Blockchain, Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart revealed that Bitcoin ETFs have recovered nearly $3 billion out of the approximately $9 billion in outflows between October 10, 2025, and the end of February 2026. Although there’s still a net outflow of over $6 billion, the overall fund flow this year has remained roughly flat. Additionally, the average cost basis for Bitcoin ETF holders is still significantly higher than BTC’s current price, meaning the average investor is still in an unrealized loss and hasn’t fully broken even.
