Reading the news is really important. If the news says institutions are increasing their positions and nobody believes it; if bloggers say miners are buying the dip and nobody believes it, then there’d be no fools in the market—who would you make money off of? So, reading the news is worth encouraging because it’s good for the market! Exchanges should also guide retail investors to read the news more often. Isn’t this better than all that build stuff?
