'Whale Who Hoarded 5,000 BTC 13 Years Ago' Transfers Another 500 BTC to Binance, Realizing $363 Million in Profit

Foresight News reports, according to Ember monitoring, a whale address that hoarded 5,000 BTC for 13 years has once again transferred 500 BTC to Binance 10 minutes ago, valued at approximately $33.28 million. This whale had accumulated 5,000 BTC in November 2013 at an average price of $332 and began selling in November 2024. So far, the address has cumulatively transferred 4,000 BTC to Binance, valued at approximately $365 million, with an average selling price of about $91,258, realizing a profit of $363 million. The address currently still holds 1,000 BTC, valued at approximately $66.62 million.
