Misty Daley from the Court Administration Division highlighted Jamaica’s progress in modernizing the justice system through the Electronic Transactions Act and e-transaction policy. The pilot at the Kingston and St. Andrew Traffic Court now allows warrants to be signed electronically, speeding up processing, and creating secure audit trails. The system will expand to all parish courts and integrate with the upcoming Integrated Electronic Case Management System (ICMS).(Andrew Holness)
