[Iran Sets Negotiation Conditions, Warns of U.S. 'Deceptive Practices']
According to a report by Jinse Finance on March 26, citing sources from the Tasnim News Agency, Iran has formally responded to the U.S. proposal through intermediary channels and is awaiting a reply from the U.S. side.
The conditions proposed by Tehran include: halting hostile actions, ensuring the war will not resume, clear war reparations, and achieving a ceasefire on all fronts and among allied armed forces. Iran also insists that its control over the Strait of Hormuz is a legitimate right and serves as the foundational guarantee for any agreement.
The source further stated that Iran does not trust the intentions of the U.S., describing the negotiations as a 'scam' aimed at shaping global public opinion, maintaining low oil prices, and buying time for potential further military actions by the U.S.
