Senate votes today beginning at 1:30pm on whether to advance a Husted (R-OH) photo ID requirement amdt. to the GOP voter ID bill (SAVE America Act). Senators on partial DHS shutdown Day 41 will then vote for a 6th time on attempting to advance the House-passed bill with full DHS funding to end the shutdown. 60 votes will be needed for both to advance. @cspan 2(Craig Caplan)
