Officials have stated that out of the 80 million USRs illegally minted in the March 22, 2026 attack, approximately 46 million (about 57% of the total) have been permanently removed from circulation through destruction and blacklisting. Therefore, the attacker's associated address no longer contains any illegally minted assets that can be further transferred or exchanged. To reduce the number of 80 million illegally minted USRs, multiple measures have been taken: ·On March 22nd, approximately 9 million USRs were destroyed through two transactions ·Another approximately 36 million USRs held in the form of wstUSR in the attacker's associated wallet have been blacklisted. This is achieved through the upgrade of the wstASR contract, which requires a 72 hour time lock to be activated due to contract level limitations. ·The remaining USR held by the attacker has been destroyed.
