If the banks don't get the stablecoin yield blocker in the clarity act then the status quo wins.
And the status quo is...exchanges are able to pass yield to customers directly.
Further - crypto just got "the clarity act by way of regulator rulemaking" last week through the CFTC and SEC.
So crypto feels less pressure.
Therefore - don't the banks need the clarity act more than crypto? (assuming they get their yield blocker)
Pressure to pass higher for bank lobby?(RYAN SΞAN ADAMS - rsa.eth 🦄)
