Last night, I was chatting with my buddies and casually sketched a BTC chart. You know the drill—pullback from the high to support, the structure, pretty much the same as the previous cycle! Was ready to short when it broke support. History doesn’t repeat itself exactly, but it sure does rhyme! And then what happened? Trump dropped a tweet, and bam, the price shot right back up! Had no choice but to abandon the trade. But honestly, putting aside Trump’s news-driven interference, looking back, doesn’t this price action feel eerily similar to the previous cycle? The levels, the timing, the patterns—it’s all the same recipe we’ve seen before. The only difference is, in financial markets, just when you think you’re holding the script of history, someone always comes in with an improv performance. Crypto life, crypto soul. Staring at K-line charts and getting that déjà vu feeling—that’s the fate of us seasoned traders, isn’t it? The halving cycle is still ongoing. The script might be late, but it’ll arrive eventually. It’s just that there’s way too much improvisation along the way.
