Montego Bay is at the heart of our tourism, and it deserves our full attention. After Hurricane Melissa, we have a real opportunity to rebuild and do things better. We will invest in proper flood control to protect communities like Catherine Hall and West Green, while opening up Freeport for modern waterfront development. We are building a Montego Bay that works better for everyone.
