[OnlyFans Majority Owner Leonid Radvinsky Passes Away, Platform's Future Ownership in Focus] According to Bloomberg, Leonid Radvinsky, the majority owner of adult content platform Fenix International Ltd., which operates OnlyFans, has passed away from cancer at the age of 43. Since acquiring a controlling stake in OnlyFans in 2018, Radvinsky transformed it into a platform where creators can charge users directly. Currently, the platform takes approximately a 20% cut from subscriptions and content. By 2024, OnlyFans is projected to have around 4.6 million creator accounts and 377 million users, generating $1.4 billion in revenue. Since 2021, Radvinsky has received approximately $1.8 billion in dividends from OnlyFans and transferred his equity into a trust in 2024. At the time of his passing, OnlyFans was in discussions with Architect Capital to sell approximately 60% of its equity, with a proposed valuation of around $5.5 billion for the platform.
