According to TechFlow on March 23, as reported by Fortune, Munich-based AI startup Interloom announced the completion of a new $16.5 million funding round, led by DN Capital, with participation from Bek Ventures and existing investor Air Street Capital. The valuation was not disclosed.
Interloom analyzes vast operational records (including emails, service tickets, call logs, etc.) to construct a 'Context Graph,' which systematizes the tacit experiential knowledge within organizations. This provides AI agents with organization-specific decision-making contexts.
Currently, the company has implemented its solutions in major European enterprises such as Commerzbank, Volkswagen, and Zurich Insurance. Notably, in its deployment at Commerzbank, it reduced the gap between documented knowledge and operational knowledge from approximately 50% to 5%.
