[Zuckerberg Develops CEO Agent, 'AI Agent Socialization' Emerges Within the Company]
According to a report by Golden Finance on March 23, citing the Wall Street Journal, Meta Platforms (META.O) CEO Mark Zuckerberg hopes that eventually everyone inside and outside the company will have their own personal AI agent. He plans to start with himself. According to insiders, Zuckerberg is developing a CEO agent to assist him in handling work-related tasks. The agent is still under development and is currently helping Zuckerberg access information more quickly—for instance, retrieving answers that would typically require multiple layers of communication.
The use of AI tools has rapidly gained traction within Meta, partly because it has now become a factor in employee performance evaluations. Insiders revealed that Meta's internal message boards are filled with employees sharing newly discovered AI use cases and the tools they’ve built using AI. Employees have started using personal agent tools like 'My Claw,' which can access their chat logs and work files, and even communicate on their behalf with colleagues (or their colleagues' personal agents). There is even a group on the internal message board where employees' personal agents interact with each other. (Jin10)
