If you've served in the military and you're thinking about buying a home, use your VA loan.
I picked up a home close to a million dollars with zero down using the VA. Not a dollar upfront. $0 dollars.
My mortgage was about 7k a month.
When the opportunity came, I sold and walked away with around 300k in profit.
Timing matters. Move when the window opens.
Zero down. Six-figure upside in 2 years.
