[US Media: Trump's Team is Formulating Strategies for Possible Peace Talks with Iran] Reported by Golden Finance, according to the AXIOS website, a U.S. official and a well-informed source revealed that after three weeks of war, the Trump administration has begun preliminary discussions on the next phase and the possible format of peace talks with Iran. U.S. President Trump stated on Friday that he is considering a "gradual end" to the war, but U.S. officials indicated that fighting is expected to continue for another two to three weeks. Meanwhile, Trump's advisors hope to start preparing for diplomatic mediation. Sources disclosed that Trump's envoys Kushner and Wiktorowicz are involved in discussions about potential diplomatic pathways. Any agreement to end the war must include reopening the Strait of Hormuz, addressing Iran's stockpile of highly enriched uranium, and reaching long-term agreements on Iran's nuclear program, ballistic missiles, and support for regional proxies. Additionally, other sources revealed that although Egypt, Qatar, and the UK have conveyed messages between the U.S. and Iran, there has been no direct contact between the two sides in recent days. Egypt and Qatar have informed the U.S. and Israel that Iran is willing to negotiate, but its conditions are very stringent. Iran's demands include a ceasefire, guarantees of no future wars, and compensation.
