[A Single Entity Claimed 40% of the ROBO Airdrop Through Over 7,000 Addresses, Valued at Approximately $8 Million at Launch]
Foresight News reports, according to monitoring by Bubblemaps, a single entity captured 40% of the total distribution in the Fabric token ROBO airdrop through a 'sybil attack.' Bubblemaps tracked over 7,000 new wallets exhibiting completely identical on-chain activity. These wallets received similar amounts of Ethereum from seven exchanges two months prior to the token launch and, after being transferred through three layers of new wallets, claimed the airdrop. In total, approximately 199 million ROBO tokens were claimed, valued at around $8 million at the February 27 launch. Bubblemaps stated that there is currently no evidence linking this activity to the core teams of Fabric or OpenMind.
