Senate in session today at Noon to continue for 4th day on GOP SAVE America Act. At 1pm, Senators for a 5th time will vote again attempt to advance Homeland Security Dept funding legislation to reopen DHS now partially shutdown for 35 days. 60 votes are needed. But with no deal reached between Democrats & WH/GOP, it’s expected to fail again. Last vote to attempt to advance DHS funding was on March 12. @cspan 2(Craig Caplan)
