WLFI Launches Open-Source Payment Toolkit for AI Agents: AgentPay SDK

According to a report by Jinse Finance on March 20, the crypto project World Liberty Financial, supported by the Trump family, announced the launch of AgentPay SDK, an open-source, self-custodial payment toolkit designed for AI agents. This SDK integrates self-custodial key management, policy-based transaction authorization, and supports common AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and OpenClaw. AgentPay SDK allows AI agents to hold, transfer, and operate the USD1 stablecoin on EVM chains. Transactions are signed locally, and the policy engine can set single-transaction and daily limits, requiring manual approval if thresholds are exceeded. The SDK also includes a built-in Bitrefill purchasing feature. World Liberty Financial stated that USD1 is positioned as the economic operating layer for autonomous AI systems, aiming to address the issue of how AI agents can conduct payments securely and reliably. The SDK currently supports the Ethereum and BSC networks.
