HashKey appears at the 2026 Enterprise Compliance International Forum, sharing practical experience in anti money laundering of digital assets
According to TechFlow, on March 19th, Clarence Chung, Global Legal and Compliance Head of HashKey, was invited to attend the 2026 Enterprise Compliance International Forum. The forum was guided by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Mechanical and Electrical Products, hosted by Hainan Chamber of Commerce of the China International Chamber of Commerce, and participated by Lenovo, Ali, Tiktok, Sina, Xiaomi and other enterprises as well as a number of well-known law firms. At the roundtable, Zhong Jialin deeply analyzed the challenges brought by digital assets to the global anti money laundering (AML) system and shared HashKey's compliance practical experience. As an institution licensed under the Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO), HashKey implements extremely strict anti money laundering standards. ”Zhong Jialin pointed out that during the account opening review stage, customers must verify the authenticity of their identity documents through the eKYC tool and complete facial recognition verification. In daily monitoring, in order to prevent funds from flowing into the dark web or being whitewashed by "coin mixers", HashKey uses a professional system to track and analyze real-time KYT (Know Your Transactions) and KYA (Know Your Address) of fund movements on the blockchain. In addition, travel rules and a whitelist mechanism for personal wallets will also be implemented. To further combat money laundering crimes, HashKey has participated in the 'Virtual Asset Intelligence Working Group' led by the Hong Kong Police Force, and has set up a 24-hour hotline to actively cooperate with police investigations and report suspicious transactions. ”This sharing not only showcases HashKey's rigorous attitude towards anti money laundering regulation, but also provides suggestions for traditional enterprises and financial institutions on site to cope with complex international compliance environments and establish sound risk control systems. In the future, HashKey will continue to actively embrace regulation and strive to create a safe and transparent next-generation financial infrastructure for global investors within a compliant framework.
