The attached screenshot is from the "interpretation" referenced in the screenshot below. In it, HBAR and XRP (among others) are referenced as "digital commodities", in the same category as Bitcoin and Ethereum. Those of us who have been holding these assets for some time already believed this to be the case, but it's nice to see that todays SEC is also in agreement!(CrediBULL Crypto)
