House Oversight Chair Comer today issued the subpoena for Attorney General Pam Bondi to appear before the committee for an April 14 deposition on the Justice Department's handling of the Jeffrey Epstein investigation and compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act, as per the 24-19 committee vote on March 4.
