[PayPal Expands Access to Stablecoin PYUSD to 68 More Countries] According to Deep Tide TechFlow on March 17, as reported by Fortune, PayPal announced a significant expansion of its stablecoin PYUSD's coverage. Starting this month, users in 70 countries worldwide will be able to hold, send, and receive PYUSD in their PayPal wallets. The newly added countries span regions in South America, Africa, and Asia, including Uganda, Colombia, and Peru. Previously, PYUSD was only available to users in the United States and the United Kingdom. In addition to gaining access to PYUSD, international users will also be able to earn yields by holding the stablecoin. Currently, the annual yield rate for U.S. users is 4%.
